Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 2026 · padelfin, Barcelona, Spain

This page describes padelfin's standards and commitments regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), published in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Zero tolerance

padelfin has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, in any form, anywhere on our platform. This applies to every part of padelfin, including profiles, photos, in-app chat, and any other user-generated content.

Who can use padelfin

padelfin is not directed at children. Creating an account requires being at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly permit anyone below that age to hold an account.

How we prevent and detect abuse

• An age requirement is presented and must be accepted at signup.

• Players can block any other player. Once blocked, both players are hidden from each other across game discovery, player search, and invites.

• Players can report another player, or a specific chat message, directly from that player's profile or from the message itself, with a reason and optional details.

• Every report is reviewed by a human administrator through an internal review queue, and is tracked to a resolution (reviewed, actioned, or dismissed).

• In-app chat is scoped to the confirmed players of a specific game, not an open public channel.

What we do when we find it

If we become aware — through a user report, our own review, or any other means — of CSAM or CSAE on padelfin, we will:

• Immediately remove the content and disable the account(s) involved.

• Preserve relevant records as required for a lawful investigation.

• Report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and/or the appropriate law enforcement or child-protection authority, as legally required or appropriate.

• Cooperate fully with any law enforcement or child-safety organization investigating the matter.

How to report a concern

Anyone — a padelfin user or not — can report a concern about CSAM or CSAE on padelfin:

• In the app: open the player's profile or the chat message in question and choose "Report."

• By email: pod@padelfin.com

• Via our contact form: padelfin.com/Contact

We review every report. If you're reporting an immediate risk to a child's safety, please also contact your local law enforcement or emergency services directly.
