What coaches ask before they start

Is padelfin free for coaches?

Creating a coach profile and managing your clients and sessions is free. When a player pays for a session through padelfin, a small service fee is added on top of your rate — so what you set is what you receive.

Do I need to change my booking system?

No. padelfin sits on the player side and does not need to touch your club's court-booking software. You can run both, and most coaches do.

Can I coach players who are not on padelfin yet?

Yes. Send them your profile link and they can book and pay in the same flow that creates their account. Nobody has to sign up before they know what they are signing up for.

What happens if a player cancels?

You set the cancellation window. Inside it, refunds are handled automatically; outside it, the session stands. padelfin also tracks reliability over time, so a player who habitually cancels late is visible before you build a term around them.
