A BETTER REASON TO PLAY
The best moments in padel are not on the scoreboard: the long rally, the laugh at a missed smash, the “same time next week?” as you leave the court. padelfin organises around those moments. It finds games that fit your week, puts you with people worth playing with, and learns from how each game felt.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Tell padelfin when you are usually free and how far you will travel. It suggests open games with a spot for you, with a short reason why: your usual Tuesday evening, 2 km away, people you have played with. You choose how many suggestions you get, or none.
After every game, one tap. Great game, good, or not really. padelfin learns which games and which people work for you, and suggests more like them. Players see the good news only: how many had a great game, and who lifted it.
Every game has someone who makes everyone better. Name them, anonymously, and it lands on their profile as “Lifts everyone up”. Being good company counts for more here than a good smash.
Organisers can mark a game as Connect: play, get to know interesting people, and afterwards swap contacts, but only if you both want to. Nothing is shared until then.
Not sure of your level, or it does not matter to you? Skip the number. Choose social, balanced or competitive and padelfin matches on how you like to play. Players are placed, never judged.
HOW IT WORKS
Two minutes: social, balanced or competitive, and when you are usually free. The level number is optional.
Take a spot in an open game, or join a Pod, a standing group that plays together every week. Games start finding you.
One tap says whether it was a good game and who lifted it. Your next suggestions get better because of it.
QUESTIONS
Social padel is playing for the fun of the game and the company, with relaxed scoring and mixed levels welcome, rather than for ranking points. padelfin is built for it: open games, standing groups called Pods, and a one-tap “Was it a good game?” after every match.
Join an open game near you as a single player. You do not need a group first. Most people find their regular group within a few weeks, and padelfin keeps suggesting games that fit your times and the people you enjoy playing with.
No. You can skip the number and just say whether you like social, balanced or competitive games. Level is one thing padelfin uses to suggest games. It is never shown as a grade, and what matters more is whether the game turned out to be a good one.
Nothing is shared by default. Your Instagram or LinkedIn is revealed to another player only when you both choose to stay in touch after a game. If only one of you taps, nothing is shown, and you can undo it.
The app is free to use. When you join a paid game you pay your share of the court plus a small service fee. Organisers never pay a fee.
