Dolphins move in groups called pods, play constantly and stay in touch with whistles and clicks. That is padelfin in one picture. Your Pods are your groups, the global Pod is everyone on padelfin, and a game is better when everyone on court talks: call the ball, call the switch, cheer the good ones. Strong or new, a dolphin adjusts: longer rallies with someone starting out, full power when the game asks for it. The game comes first.

They call the ball, call the switch and tell their partner where they are. Half of padel is communication, and dolphins are fluent in it.

One more ball, one more lob, one more chance. The long rallies are the ones everyone talks about afterwards.
They celebrate the other side’s best shot
A great point is a great point, whoever hit it. Dolphins say so out loud.

Play
Join games and play the way you play. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to ask for.

They pick who lifted the game
After every game, each player can name one person who made it better. You hear it anonymously, and it shows on your profile as “Lifts everyone up”.

Five different players, three different games
When five different people have picked you across at least three games, the dolphin badge appears on your profile. It cannot be given by hand, bought or claimed, and once it is yours, it stays.

What is a dolphin in padel?
A player who makes the game better for everyone on court: they adjust to the game, talk, keep rallies alive, celebrate good shots on both sides and make newcomers feel welcome. On padelfin it is also a badge that only other players can give you.
Is being a dolphin about level?
No. Someone in their first month can be a dolphin, and so can the strongest player in the club. It is about what you do for the game, not where you sit on a scale.
How do I become a dolphin on padelfin?
Play. After every game, each player can pick the one who lifted it. When five different players have picked you, across at least three games, the badge appears on your profile and you get a message to say so.
Can a Podmaster or padelfin give someone the badge?
No. Only players picking each other after real games can. That is what makes it worth having.
Does it stay on my profile?
Yes. Once five different players have picked you, the badge is yours for good.
What is the global Pod?
Everyone on padelfin, in every city, who plays for the game. Your Pods are your groups; the global Pod is everyone.
