WHAT IT FEELS LIKE
You know the sweet spot when you are in it: long rallies, a close score, a laugh at the change of ends, and four people asking for the same time next week. A close level makes every point matter. The right people make every point worth playing. padelfin looks after both, and it learns from every game what made it good.
THE RECIPE
Social, balanced or competitive: you choose, and every Pod and game has its own vibe too. padelfin matches the two, so a relaxed player finds relaxed games and a competitive one finds a real contest.
Your level sits on a 10 to 100 scale. Play balanced or competitive and your suggestions stay close to it. Play social and level never stands between you and a game. It is a starting point, not a label.
Your Pods, the people you have played with, and the ones you said you had a great game with come first in your suggestions. Only your own answers count, and nobody else sees them.
When four players are in, padelfin pairs the highest level with the lowest against the middle two, the split that keeps both sides closest. Friends who asked to play together stay together, and the Podmaster can always swap.
Was it a good game? Great, good or not really, plus what made it so: close rallies, a good mix, great people, lots of laughs. Great games shape who padelfin suggests to you next.
After every game, each player can name the one who lifted it. They hear it anonymously, it shows on their profile, and five different players across three games make a dolphin.
HOW IT WORKS
Two minutes: social, balanced or competitive, and when you are usually free. The level number is optional.
Join a game or a Pod. A Podmaster runs it, padelfin balances the teams, and you just play.
Was it a good game, and who lifted it? Each answer takes a second, and your next games move closer to the sweet spot.
QUESTIONS
On a racket, it is the spot where the ball comes off clean. In a game, it is the match where the level is close enough that every point counts and the people make every point fun. padelfin builds its matching around the second one.
Three ways. It suggests games and players that fit how you like to play and your level. When four players are in, it splits the teams so the two sides are as even as possible, keeping pairs who asked to play together. And after the game it asks whether it was good, so the next suggestions get better.
No. Your level is a starting point on a 10 to 100 scale, and social players can skip the number entirely. What matters more is whether the game turned out to be a good one.
Mixed games can be great games. The team split evens out the two sides, and players who lift everyone up, the dolphins, make a mixed game work. Choose social and level never gates a suggestion.
A Podmaster runs a group or a game: picks the time, books the court, invites players and keeps the group together. padelfin suggests players who fit, splits the cost and balances the teams, and the Podmaster always has the last word.
A player who makes the game better for everyone on court. It is a way of playing, not a level, and on padelfin only the people you play with can make you one: five different players, across three games, picking you as the one who lifted it.
Free to join. Two minutes to set up, then go play.
